Here are some FAQ’s to support your reservation inquiries:
Do you accept walk-ins?
We currently do not accept walk-ins, you have to present the reservation/deposit slip and this will confirm your booking, it will serve as your ticket to enter the resot, we strictly implement this because we wanted to control the number of people that comes in so that it wont be too crowded. For security and safety, we need a record of all guests entering our secured compound.
How much is the reservation fee?
Reservation fee of 35% is required and it is non-refundable, full payment may also be accepted, reservation without bank deposit will be noted as tentative dates and the resort has the right to cancel the booking in a form of quotation anytime for to give way to other guests. No add-ons can be allowed on the day itself, all extra pillows, bonfire, boat ride etc. has to be reserved
Where do I deposit my down payment?
You can deposit you reservation fee to BPI(Bank of the Philippine Island)
Please fax or email us a copy of your deposit slip once the deposit has been made.

I want have an ocular visit first?
Yes, by all means you can visit the place first, just email inquiry@casaastillero.com the date you want to visit, drop us your name and time of visit. CASA ASTILLERO is also open for corporate team building, Company outings, Private Functions like Birthdays, Baptismal, Weddings etc.
What happens if I decide to cancel my reservation?
Reservations for Kabanas, Tents, Ac rooms, and Cottages are not refundable, cancellations of accommodation reserved are not allowed once reservation/deposit payment is settled. Only the number of pax is adjustable, A head count wil be done upon arrival to determine the actual number of pax.
What is the Tide Calendar?
Tide Calendar is a guide that forecast high tide and low tide, almost all of the resorts in Calatagan and entire Batangas experience low-tide and high-tide, water level can go ankle deep and as high as 2 meters high at the shoreline. The name Calatagan derived from the word "Latag" which means "Kapatagan" or which means a large expands of plain lands. The beaches has plain pearly white sand. The water level will surely gets high within 24 hours and is at its highest when its full moon. Please see tide calendar on the quote provided and in your confirmed booking email. You may ask our beach experts on what is the best time to swim. Our resort has also prepared board games and activities like sky lantern activity when its low tide at night time to appreciate the beauty of nature.
